Performance Module 2 Task 6

 

Content Area 1: Excess Luggage and Charges

1.      Date of flight: 4 August 200( )

2.      Flight route: From Hong Kong to Sydney

3.      Flight number: AP298

4.      Very disappointed with your service/ airline

5.      Forced  to pay HK$550 for the excess luggage

6.      Not told of luggage limit/allowance until I checked in

7.      Unreasonable/Ridiculous to allow 7kg of luggage

8.      Charge almost twice as much as other airlines for the excess luggage

1.      Flight was delayed for four hours

2.      Nobody explained why it was delayed and how long it would be delayed

4.      Upset because there was no apology from staff
