Content Area 3: What is Tough about the Trekking and Things Learnt

1.      Weather was cold, about 12℃to -10℃

2.      Food: lack of variety

3.      Everyday ate rice, bread or instant noodles

4.      Stayed at mountain lodges which were basic but fine

5.      Had an accident: almost fell into an icy cold river, hurt ankle, swollen for a day

6.      Thing learned; to take care of oneself

7.      Thing learned: to enjoy simple things in life
