miss fong,,
should it be “Please find my attached article for Young Post.” instead of “Please find attached my article for Young Post.” I think “attached” is an adjective for article.
Dear Kitty
Thanks for your question.
The structure I used involves ‘inversion’ and ‘omission’. If inversion is not used, the sentnece will become ‘Please find my article for Young Post attached in this email.’ The word ‘attached’ is not an adjective here. This is a verb in a passive stucture, but I just had used omission. The article would not be attached itself, right? It got to be attached by the writer of the email!
To be frank, what does ‘my attached article’ mean? Why do you need to use ‘attached’ to modify ‘article’?
Ms Fong
Hi miss fong,
Since I participate in an online game to win a Singapore Language trip,I am requested to write an essay to tell what do I expect from the trip but i don’t know how to start. Can you give me some help?
Jessica, I just realised you’ve sent me a message! If you want me to help you, you must give me more details about the essay toipc. You can simply call me at the school or email me.
